Requirement and guidance for submitting papers


Authors are invited to submit a full paper (two column format, 6 pages maximum) according to the IEEE-PES conference template (Download LATEX, Download DOCX) available on the symposium website at Only electronic submissions through the online system will be accepted. Accepted papers should be presented otherwise they will not be included in the symposium proceedings.

All full paper submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. We welcome paper submissions. Prospective authors are invited to submit full (and original research) papers (which is NOT submitted or published or under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journal) in electronic (DOC or PDF) format.
